Trained as architects and engineers, our team knows the codes and permitting process well. As opposed to simply working on our own design projects, after having many requests to permit projects for other people, we now officially offer this service. Happy to be brought in to project as the specialist to help direct the design and navigate the project through the often complex permitting process.

We leverage our strong working relationship to focus on residential and hospitality projects in Los Angeles City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Pasadena.

PERMIT EXPEDITING

Designing a great project is only a third of the process. Building it within budget is another primary component. Getting the project permitted how you want it and within a timeline manner is a bridge between the two. We are here to help.

We are here to finesse your project through all City and County agencies. Typical Department Approvals and Clearances are needed from: Planning, Building, Zoning, Grading, Public Works, Fire, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC), LA DWP, ADA, and Health.

Feasibility STUDIES & SPACE DESIGN

When you want to start a project, through a Feasibility Study, we help you determine what the City will approve “by right”, what may be possible, and what the timeline and process looks like. As needed, we can also help with preliminary Space Design & Concept Development.

PERMIT DRAWINGS & ENGINEERING

Based on your current project team, we can help create and put together the Permit Drawing sets necessary to obtain Construction Permits. We regularly handle all required trades, which on top of Architectural and Structural Engineering, may include Mechanical, Electrical, Pluming, Grading, and California Energy Title 24 compliance.
